90 minutes/$90A general term that describes a combination of different modalities, with the basis being Swedish. It can incorporate, orthopedics, trigger point therapy, and active isolated stretching with pressure ranging from light to firm (not deep tissue). Its aim is to relieve chronic muscular pain, aid in stress reduction, improve range of motion and circulation, and finally reduce muscle tension.

Deep-Tissue/Myofascial Release 60 minutes/ $75
90 minutes/$100This technique is a type of hands-on therapy that involves the sustained pressure on the matrix of fascial connective tissue, which surrounds and supports all muscles, nerves, organs and joints in the body. This modality's aim is to help restore mobility and movement, by stretching the fascia and moving the collagen and elastin in the matrix. This technique is designed to reach deeper musculature. By using MRT it helps to warm-up the muscles, so you don’t feel as sore/achy following your deep-tissue session. Rather, you should feel more mobility and relief from chronic tight muscles.

Oncology Massage 60 minutes/$65
90 mintues/$90This technique is not specific, but rather a modified massage designed to safely work with the effects of cancer and treatments. Whether the person has had lymph node involvement, medical devices, currently in treatment, recovery and survivorship, or end of life, it is important that there is an understanding and skill set which aids in comfort and healing. The benefits of oncology massage have been shown to greatly reduce pain, fatigue, anxiety, nausea, improve sleep, ease isolation, and increase a sense of well-being in those who have received a diagnosis.
